What should you expect from training?

I was lucky enough to work with Neil over the course of a year, during this time we worked on leadership and coaching skills along with a multitude of other skills. We also did some 1:1 coaching where Neil really helped with my confidence and my self limiting beliefs, which actually played a big part in me being promoted.

I don’t know how Neil does it, but it doesn’t seem like training, it’s fun and it sticks due to his style, he always kept me engaged. Highly recommended, so much so we are also looking to invest in further training with Neil for others in our organisation.
