After early success winning new business by cold calling for an innovative tech start-up (now part of Accenture), Neil's career really took at Informa plc – the London-based global information powerhouse - in their project management division. In a dual role as a key sales leader and project management consultant, Neil realised that there was a gulf between these two vital sides of a business.

Yet the two functions have skill sets which complement each other to bring greater success in sales, solution delivery, and in creating a customer experience which leads to new opportunities in the future. Neil won three awards at Informa, for developing sales talent, creating sales career paths, and for breaking revenue records.

Neil founded Navanter in 2011 to show the world there's a better way to sell, and over a number of years, he developed a customer experience methodology, Sales-PM Fusion™, which spans the whole journey from first contact through to solution delivery. Sales-PM Fusion™ is a unique combination of cutting-edge sales techniques with the skills of top project professionals.
