A Navanter training course is a little different from what you might expect. Of course, it will effectively deliver the skills required for the attendees and give solid techniques and skills which can be used in the real world. What's different is that it won't feel very much like most training courses you've attended in the past. It is our belief that training should be natural, interactive and fun to be effective.
Training for the real world
Navanter courses are founded on solid learning objectives and comprehensive content, then delivered in such a way that students find their own answers. We don't dictate or insist on new behaviours. Instead, we lead training sessions as facilitators. The atmosphere is lively, discussion is encouraged and students are guided towards finding their own answers which work for them, within the framework of best practice and proven structures.
Putting training to use in the workplace
The result of this method of teaching is increased buy-in to the outputs of training courses, a willingness from participants to step outside of comfort zones, and an enhanced ability to put learning into practice as soon as students return to the workplace.

Although much of our training takes place in our clients' offices, we also have extensive experience of alternative delivery formats. This allows for dispersed teams and busy schedules. More and more of our clients prefer blended learning solutions, where students use a mixture of self-study, online content, coaching and traditional teaching to develop their skills.
We have successfully trained by telephone, video conference, and to literally world-wide audiences via webinars and live e-learning courses. Feedback on these sessions is excellent, with students confirming that the level of interaction is comparable to that in classroom courses.
