Leadership is tied incredibly closely to sales. The skills a salesperson needs to engage a customer are the same skills a leader needs to engage a team, from mutual understanding, communicating benefits and gaining commitment, to creating a vision of the future, coaching people towards that vision, and managing performance.
Our Business Skills courses are a perfect compliment to our sales and leadership training. This is where we bring the skills from elsewhere in an organisation that salespeople and leaders desperately need, such as project management and presentation skills.
